Panorama Stuff
Last updated 23 July 2000

This page contains software for generating panoramic images from photographs and some images to test it on.

The software was developed as part of my third year project at UMIST. The project also includes a report that describes some of the functions of the software in more detail. You can down load the report in PostScript format by clicking here (around 1.2mb).

You are welcome to download my program (works on Windows 95 / 98 / NT / 2000):

Please note: This software is based in part on the work of the Independent JPEG Group. I have included their source code in the zip file linked above to make the program a little easier to compile. Please see their web site for more details.

This program and source code (not including JPEG library) is for personal use only. If you wish to use this code for some other purpose or you have any questions or comments please email me.

I would be intrested to see any results you achive or enhancements you make to the source code.

I have created some image sets to test the program, some of them are linked below. I have not yet got round to including any pictures output by my program on this web site.
